Carole Dibo is the founder and director of The Actor’s Training Center, a school for young actors in Chicago’s north suburbs. A professional actress for over 25 years, Carole has worked with teen actors for more than a decade. She also teaches in Los Angeles with Casting Director Deborah Dion (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alice and Wonderland) and has taught on-camera classes at Northwestern University. Since its foundation in 2006, The Actor’s Training Center has earned a national reputation for its direct and professional approach to training young talent. Top-notch Chicago houses like Steppenwolf and Chicago Shakespeare as well as casting offices in New York and Los Angeles often seek Carole’s expertise when casting teen roles, and many of her students have gone on to work in film, television, regional and Broadway theaters.
