Actors Essentials (4th-6th)

Sundays, 1:15pm-3:15pm / February 3 - April 14

This core class breaks down the most challenging steps for the young actor. Students will explore the vocal, physical, and emotional details that lead to creating three-dimensional characters and scenes.

Actors Essentials: The Ensemble (4th-6th)

Saturdays, 12:15pm-2:15pm / February 2 - April 13

In this Level 2 acting class students will be exposed to the philosophy and critical skill of supporting fellow actors through ensemble development. Students will work with a rotation of professional teachers using physical comedy, accents and dialects & scene study technique. Open last class for friends and family.  

Prerequisite: Actors Essentials OR Studio Approval

Acting for the Camera (4th-6th)

Sundays, 11:15am-1:15pm / February 3 - April 14

This essential class provides a comprehensive overview of the on-camera audition experience. Each week, students will work from industry commercial copy and watch HD playback for optimal learning.

Acting for the Camera 2 (4th-6th)

Saturdays, 10am-noon / February 2 - April 13

Designed for actors with a fundamental understanding of acting for the camera, this course turns its focus to telling stories simply & making subtle yet specific choices by creating real-world situations through film and television scripts.

Prerequisite: Acting for the Camera OR Studio Approval

"Yes, and..." Improv for Kids (4th-6th)

Wednesdays, 4:30pm-6pm / February 6 - April 10

Students learn the value of saying "Yes, and…" to every idea, using their imaginations and creative energy to become confident storytellers.  This class will culminate in a final short-form improvised performance for friends and family.

Write, Direct, Perform (4th-6th Grade)

Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm / March 25-March 29

A Spring Break Workshop
This fast moving workshop has students take on the role of writer, director and performer building a short play from the ground up. The final class will be a performance for friends, family and fans.

The Young Actors Workout (4th-6th)

Saturdays, 1pm-3pm / April 27 - May 18

This class is carefully designed to boost confidence and creativity through diverse acting techniques. Students become stronger actors when they commit to choices that encourage sincere and honest performances.

The Art of the Disney & Nick On Camera Audition (4th-8th Grade)

Saturdays, 10:30am - 12:30pm / April 27 - May 18

It takes skill to let go of your inhibitions and find the right balance of energy to perform over-the-top comedy.  This class will help you find the life inside the characters of Disney and Nickelodeon.

Scene Into Song (4th-6th)

Sundays, 11:15am-1:15pm / April 28 - May 19

Discover Broadway songs and the scenes that set them up. Learn about what motivates the character's actions and seamlessly moves them through drama and movement to song.
