Columbia College Extends Audition Opportunity to ATC Students

Looking to gain more audition experience? Columbia College's program of Cinema & Television arts is currently looking to expand their pool of talent while developing stronger relationships with working and training actors in and around Chicago.

Columbia College has a consistent shoot schedule of various short film productions that range from beginning to advanced productions - such as Graduate thesis projects.

The average shooting schedule is 2-5 days and Columbia students produce many different films that offer a variety of roles. In addition, some productions shoot at the Media Production Center, which houses two full sound stages (aka - REAL ON SET EXPERIENCE!) while others are shot on location throughout the city.

Interested actors should send their headshot and resume to

Submitted actors will be added to the program database - whereby Columbia students may reach out for roles that fit a particular actor.

Information about open casting calls and other Columbia College casting events will also be sent out to actors who submit their information to the program. All ages are welcome as well as both SAG and Non-SAG members.

If you are an ATC actor of any age looking to put the #train2work axiom to the test - then submit your information TODAY!

Break a leg!
